RECRUITMENT  Why Lambda Chi Alpha? “Not four years, but for life.” Every man makes his collegiate experience his own and will face many choices and opportunities. An education is just a fraction of what can be obtained throughout your years at college; college is an experience that goes far beyond a degree. The brothers of Lambda Chi Alpha cannot be defined by just one single term or appearance. If we take pride in anything, it is the incredible diversity among our members. Our chapter is comprised of brothers with various backgrounds and beliefs; by joining in brotherhood we continue to learn not only from our experiences but from each other. As different as we may be, however, we all do have one characteristic in common: we seek the best in ourselves, in others, and in our community. What you get out of life is what you put into it. Taking on new challenges and opportunities is how we grow and better ourselves; taking the opportunity to be one with our brotherhood is one of the best ways you can make that happen.  Leadership Opportunities Lambda Chi Alpha allows all brothers, even our Associate Members, to hold officer and various leadership positions in our chapter. With twelve High Zeta positions and many other elected roles, our members always have an opportunity to make a difference. We seek to gain members who strive to better themselves as well as the world around them. When not making a difference within the chapter, our members can be found leading the world outside our door. All members are involved in a myriad of extracurricular and volunteer activities and honor associations, which are, but are not limited to: STAT Ambassatdors UIOWA Spirit Squad Association of Residence Halls (ARH) Rugby Team players Campus Crusades Daily Iowan & UITV Reporters College of Engineering Mentors UI Hospital & Clinics Employees National Society of Collegiate Scholars Phi Eta Sigma Members University Honors Students Interested?
